Back to the 90’s through Wormhole’s second cafe!
Another new summer covid cafe opening! Oh I was all over this opening and could not be more excited about it. I LOVED my visit to the first Wormhole cafe and I have recommended it to basically all friends and family. The atmosphere kills it and the drinks and food are always spot on. I have never had a bad visitor or experience.
The second Wormhole is much larger than the first and just a block from the Western blue line stop. Perfect for when people go back into the office and start commuting again! Also once things start to get back to normal this will be a great coffee shop for people to come and work in. Tons of windows and natural lighting, seating around the whole exterior of the building, the ceiling are vaulted which also helps make the space feel extra big and open.
When we arrived today we entered through the front door, a coffee bar was set up in the middle, all the great 90’s themed trinkets hanging up on the walls and above the baristas. You then make you order at the counter and they have a great flow of moving you through the space and then exit through the back door to not have too much people interaction. Quite efficient if ya ask me.
The coffee menu is the same as the original Wormhole. So naturally I went with teh honey sweetened drink, Danny this time opted for vanilla bena. I think theses have been our typical order when we visit the original Wormhole!

Drinks came out at the other end of the coffee bar and we were on our way home! I could give a full report on how amazing both our drinks are, but I’ll encourage you all to just go in for a visit yourselves! Trust me it’s worth it! And for all those 90’s babies out there you will love every second of the decorations here.
