Steadfast Coffee

Hello Nashville!

Danny and I look an extra long weekend to drive down to nashville and checkout what all the fun is about down there. We also had taken some days off already in preparation to watch my sister run the New York Marathon, but sadly an injury had prevented her from running this year. So the New York trip changed to Nashville and here we are at Steadfast Coffee taking on our first morning in Nashville.

Steadfast Coffee is in a super quaint part of Nashville, just north of the capitol building in a neighborhood that has been gaining quite a bit of chatter called Germantown. (after visiting I can see why too). The area is a bit industrial, but you head up the stairs to what you think is just the entryway to the building only to discover an mini outdoor oasis!

Upon entering the cafe please note you need to walk around the circular shaped coffee bar to the far the to place your order and browse the menu. Possibly due to my lack of caffeine this morning it look me a minute or two of staring around to locate where I needed to go. I just saved you the embarrassment, so your welcome. After taking in the whole menu we landing on a few breakfast items and two lattes, we requested to have them here so we could sit at the bar and enjoy both the food and coffee!

With today being a week day the cafe was generally full of people accompanied by their laptops and working, the cafe was quite and I could see this being a very ideal spot to work. Though there is not much space if you’re able to get a table and post up for a couple hours there would be little to no distractions here.

Food and coffee up everything we ordered was delicious! On the menu all lattes were listed as being a rested drink,  was not sure what this meant so had to do a little quick research. A rested drink is “ espresso & milk drink that is prepared in batch  and then allowed to age (or rest) for a specific period of time.” The claim to this is a rested drink has more complex and rich flavors.

This is the complete opposite of what I have always thought and been told about how to handle espresso based drinks. As espresso sits is gets more bitter and acidic, leading to a not as tasty drink. While sitting and enjoying our lattes we actually witnessed the resting drinks being prepared! Amazing! Thye make quite a few batches and will chill them in the coolers at the coffee bar! I would have ordered a second that’s how good I found these lattes to be. I also was excited about the glass choice they put our drinks in! A thin glass instead of a traditional wide mug. Very fun to drink from, granted it cooled a lot faster in this glassware.

Overall we loved our first coffee shop experience and would go back in a second, BUT there are many other coffee shops to explore in Nashville. So until next time Steadfast!

  1. Hello buddy. It was hard to find this post in google.
It’s not even in top10. You should focus on hq backlinks from top websites in your niche.
I know of a very effective free method to get high quality backlinks and instant traffic.

The best thing about this method is that you start getting clicks right away.

  2. Great post made here. One thing I’d like to say is always that most professional fields consider the Bachelor Degree as the entry level standard for an online college diploma. When Associate College diplomas are a great way to begin with, completing your Bachelors opens up many opportunities to various employment opportunities, there are numerous on-line Bachelor Diploma Programs available by institutions like The University of Phoenix, Intercontinental University Online and Kaplan. Another concern is that many brick and mortar institutions give Online types of their college diplomas but often for a considerably higher fee than the institutions that specialize in online college diploma plans.
